From the Kitchen Table to a Local Staple
DeVine Grilling’s story is a testament to perseverance and passion. Devine first started cooking right from his kitchen table back in 2016, catering off and on for local events, parties, and family picnics. The community quickly fell in love with his flavors, and the business began to take on a life of its own.
To meet growing demand, Devine took his talents on the road with a food truck, which he successfully operated for four years. But the ultimate dream was a permanent home. Last June, DeVine Grilling officially moved into its current storefront, and this June marks a monumental milestone—a full year of serving up divine comfort food inside their brick-and-mortar building!
The Menu: What's Smoking?
DeVine Grilling's menu is packed with smokehouse favorites, but a few standout items have truly captured the hearts of Madison foodies:
- The Origin Story (Jerk Chicken): This is the dish that started it all. Devine's signature jerk chicken is what originally put his cooking on the map.
- The Classics (Rib Tips): For years, his tender rib tips were the undisputed crowd favorite.
- The New Champion (Oxtails): Move over rib tips, because the oxtails are officially taking over! They have rapidly become the store's latest must-try sensation.
